Public Infrastructure Division
JSmith Civil brings a wealth of industry experience, knowledge, staff expertise, and technical skills as a general contractor and subcontractor on public infrastructure projects. Successful completion of these projects requires tireless planning and coordination of our crews’ work activities, and overall management of subcontractors.
