West Millbrook Middle School

 

Our West Millbrook Middle School project is a $10.2 million dollar turnkey site work package that consist of 20 acres of clearing and grubbing, demolition of  the existing athletic facilities to make room for the new school building and associated parking and roadways.  The utility portion consist of 1,000 LF of gravity sewer, 7,000 LF of storm drain with two permanent dry ponds and all drainage associated with the new ball fields and track and 3,000 LF of water line with 16” jack and bore under Strickland Road.  The grading and CSA package consists of 40,000 CY of haul off, 100,000 CY of cut/fill onsite, cement stabilization of the entire building pad as well as placing, setup and fine grade of 17,000 TN of ABC stone with 8,000 TN of hot mix asphalt in the parking, roadway and running track.
