Amazon DRT-9

Our DRT-9 Amazon project was a 1.1 million dollar sitework package that consisted of the addition of a small parking lot and rehabbing three existing parking lots and drives for two warehouse buildings in Cary NC for Duke Realty.  The project was high paced and involved Clearing, Demo, Storm Drain, water line, grading, stone placement, curb and gutter, flat work and 1,600 TN of Hot Mix Asphalt as well as new signage and pavement markings on the newly paved surface and interior parking for delivery vehicles.
